Phoenix Scholars is Thurgood Marshall Academic High School’s extended day program in which Thurgood Marshall students are presented with universal enrichment and academic activities created for a diverse student population. Activities include: academic support/ Community Building, student leadership opportunities, art courses, Strength & Conditioning, Weightlifting, Phoenix DJ Academy, SAT Prep classes and more. Our program is open everyday until 6:30PM and membership is totally free.
Phoenix Scholars is an SF-CESS (San Francisco Coalition of Essential Small Schools) Extended Day Program in which students practice the following norms:

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM SCHEDULE:

Collaborative Learning space is open Monday-Thursday after school in the Dining Area from 3:30-6:00pm
On Wednesdays: Upward Bound is available for college mentoring and tutoring
Tutors who can speak Spanish and Mandarin are available for support every Wednesday
If you need to meet for a project, club, or extra curricular activity, we have space available!
